Lying, cheating, and falsification are forbidden by Islamic law and are reprehensible by custom, whether in writing data to create an electronic account or otherwise. The conditions set by software owners must be observed and adhered to. Therefore, if creating an account with information belonging to a cousin violates the software owners' regulations, it should not be done; otherwise, there is no harm. Cheating and falsifying data does not result in the prohibition of money that has been transferred.
