ما هو الميقات الذي يجب الإحرام منه للحج والعمرة لسكان عرعر؟

The Miqat for the people of Iraq is Dhat Irq. However, due to the ruggedness of the road, people from those regions now enter into ihram from Dhul Hulaifah (the Miqat for the people of Madinah) or from Qarn al-Manazil (the Miqat for the people of Najd) if they travel via the Riyadh route. So, whoever's path to Makkah is through Madinah should enter into ihram from Dhul Hulaifah, and whoever comes via Riyadh should enter into ihram from Qarn al-Manazil. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, designated the Mawaqeet for their respective people and for anyone passing through them from other regions who intends to perform Hajj or Umrah.
