Can the specious argument be refuted that the verse, "And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on land and sea," is incomplete due to the omission of the air, with them claiming that if the Qur’an were revealed today, it would have added the word "and air"?

The Qur'an is not a book for cataloging blessings, but rather a book of guidance and a divine methodology. The absence of mentioning aerial vehicles in it does not indicate its deficiency. Rather, Allah's saying: "And He creates what you do not know" (An-Nahl: 8) encompasses all modern and future vehicles and means of transportation that were not known at the time of the Qur'an's revelation. This is considered part of the scientific miraculousness of the Qur'an.
