Are those whom Allah described as "suppressors of rage" the same as those whom He described as "the servants of the Most Merciful who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them, they say, 'Peace'"?

Those whom Allah Almighty described with His words: ﴿And when the ignorant address them, they say, "Peace."﴾ [Al-Furqan: 63] are among those who restrain their anger, because their response to the abuse of the ignorant by leaving them and saying "peace" is evidence of restraining anger. So, if the foolish address them with bad words, they do not respond in kind. Rather, they speak words that contain peace from harm and sin, whether it is in the form of "peace" or other gentle expressions, or forgiveness, or overlooking, and restraining anger.
