Is it permissible for a person to gather ten or more individuals for a Hajj and Umrah company so that he may go with them for free, and does the reward of his Umrah differ from the reward of one who performed Umrah with his own money?

This person is not required to spend money along with personal effort in this transaction, and it is hoped that they will receive a full reward. Indeed, the 'Umrah of one who performed it at the expense of another is valid. How then about someone who did not perform 'Umrah at the company's expense as a charity from them, but rather exchanged their work and effort for free travel?
