Is money earned from organizing Umrah trips and serving pilgrims lawful, given that I collect passports, coordinate with the company, accompany and serve pilgrims, complete procedures, and teach the rituals?

If you are not an employee of the procedures and services you provide to pilgrims, and you took the money by agreement with them or with the organizing company, then there is no harm, and your work is considered a permissible lease. However, if you took the money without the knowledge of the one from whom you took it, then this is not permissible for you and is considered consuming people's wealth unlawfully, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume one another's properties unlawfully."
