Is it permissible for a man who has a wife, four daughters, a mother, a brother, three sisters, and paternal uncles and aunts, to sell his properties (lands, real estate, and money) to his daughters and wife only? And how should this wealth be distributed in a way that pleases Allah and His Messenger?

A man is permitted to donate all his wealth to his wife and daughters under three conditions: that the donation occurs during his health, not during his death illness; that he equalizes between his daughters in the donation; and that he relinquishes control over the money, allowing his wife and daughters to dispose of it as owners. If, however, the money remains under his control, it falls under the ruling of a bequest to an heir, which is impermissible unless the other heirs (mother, brother, and sisters) agree. Fictitious sales of property are not permissible; the correct method is a donation. It is preferable for him to leave some wealth for his heirs, as inheritance is a matter decreed by Allah Almighty.
