Disputes are adjudicated by the Sharia courts because they are best equipped to hear all parties to the dispute and issue a ruling, unlike a mufti who only hears from one side. The car remains the property of the husband and is divided among his heirs according to Sharia. It is not permissible to forge documents to obtain a right, and it is not lawful for the wife to forge the document; she must bear the consequences of her negligence. Whatever was in the husband's possession and registered in his name is considered his property and is divided among his heirs. Anyone who claims private ownership must prove it before the Sharia court.
