Is it permissible for a student to give his food coupons to a colleague to redeem them without taking a leave of absence, given the insufficiency of the food and the fact that some of it is thrown away?

The student must observe the conditions agreed upon with the university city when paying the reduced fees for accommodation and food, which are supported by the state. He must also report his absence to stop the cost of food, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that makes a halal thing haram, or a haram thing halal.”
