Will the questioner inherit from his deceased father and his deceased paternal uncle who has two daughters, and will the obligatory bequest grant him an inheritance?

If the paternal uncle dies and leaves two daughters and two sisters, then the son of the brother inherits nothing, because he is excluded by the asabah (residuary heir) sister. The son of the brother inherits from his paternal uncle provided that the uncle does not leave behind a male lineal descendant who is an heir, or a full brother, or a paternal half-brother, or a father, or a grandfather, or a asabah (residuary heir) sister. The law of the obligatory bequest (al-wasiyyah al-wajiba) is invalid and cannot be relied upon.
