Thus, the daughters of the brothers receive nothing from their paternal uncle's inheritance. However, it is recommended that they be given something from it, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the time of division, then provide them [something] from it and speak to them words of kindness." (An-Nisa: 8). Finally, the inheritance should not be divided without consulting the Sharia courts.
