What is the ruling on interpreting dreams in Islam? And is there anyone who can interpret them and be contacted?

It is permissible for one who is skilled in interpreting dreams to do so, and it is not appropriate for one who is not skilled to interpret them, because they vary according to circumstances and individuals. Dreams are of three types: terrors from Satan, what a man preoccupies himself with while awake, and one part out of forty-six parts of prophecy. Imam Malik disapproved of interpreting dreams for just anyone, because they are a part of prophecy. The Companions and the righteous predecessors used to interpret dreams, and there are still those who interpret them in every time and place.
