How are the deceased's clothes to be divided among the heirs, taking into consideration cases where they are divided equally between men and women, or when some claim a right to them on the pretext of having purchased them?

The clothes of the deceased are to be sold and their price divided among the heirs according to the Sharia distribution or by mutual agreement among them. The one who gifted clothes to the deceased during his lifetime is not entitled to take them back after his death, because they have become the property of the heirs, and revoking a gift after it has become binding is prohibited by Sharia.
