Is it permissible for a girl to travel from Sudan to work in Qatar without a mahram?

If a woman finds a mahram (definition) to take her to her destination, then the mahram's continued presence with her after her arrival is not required, provided she finds safe accommodation. The hadith (definition) "A woman shall not travel except with a mahram" indicates the obligation for the mahram to accompany her during travel. Ibn Hajar narrated a consensus on this, except for Hajj and Umrah (definition), and transferring from Dar al-Harb (abode of war) to Dar al-Islam (abode of peace). Some have permitted her travel for a necessity if the path is safe, the travel is for an act of obedience, and she is accompanied by trustworthy companions.
