Is it permissible for a person who is not fasting in Ramadan to work for a merchant who approves of that?

Whoever breaks their fast in Ramadan without a legitimate Shar'i (Islamic legal) excuse has betrayed the trust of Allah. Therefore, a Muslim must seek out a trustworthy worker who is committed to the rituals of their religion. It is preferable not to employ someone who abandons prayer, fasting, or other pillars of Islam. However, it cannot be said that employing such a person is forbidden (haram). Nevertheless, one must not approve of their breaking the fast; rather, they should be advised and not assisted in breaking their fast, in compliance with the words of Allah Almighty: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."
