It is obligatory to allocate Muslim cemeteries where non-Muslims are not buried. One who abandons prayer is not to be buried in Muslim cemeteries because he is an infidel due to his denial of its obligation, by consensus, and an infidel, according to the more preponderant opinion, due to laziness. It is legislated for a Muslim to make a will that he be buried in Muslim cemeteries if there are non-Muslim cemeteries in the country.
