What is the ruling on spreading terror and fear among people due to the coronavirus and frightening them with the possibility of Taraweeh prayers being suspended? Does this fall under having a bad opinion of Allah?

The believer knows that everything is by Allah's decree and destiny, and upon him is to rely on Him, to have a good opinion of Him, and to take the necessary means. Excessive fear and panic are forbidden religiously. One must surrender to Allah's command and be content with His judgment, while taking the necessary precautions and preventive measures. Fear of the prohibition of Tarawih and sadness for it are permissible, and do not contradict having a good opinion of Allah. If preventive measures necessitate the prohibition, the believer perseveres and submits, and his knowledge that he will be rewarded alleviates his sadness. Expecting the matter to continue is not a bad opinion of Allah, but rather a consideration of the current reality, and supplication for the lifting of the affliction continues.
