Is the tenant entitled to demand an increase in the amount paid for vacating the property, despite having previously rejected the offered amount on the grounds that it was too little?

If the owner wishes to evict the tenant before the agreed-upon lease term expires, he must pay an "eviction fee" (badl khuluw) as compensation to the tenant for relinquishing his right to benefit from the remaining period. Preventing him (from staying) is forbidden. However, if the term has ended, nothing needs to be paid. If the compensation amount is unknown or the tenant is harmed, the "fair rental value" (ujrat al-mithl) must be estimated by experts.
