First: If the street is owned by the residents of the street and the law does not prohibit its utilization, then there is no objection to annexing it to the land and disposing of it.

Second: If wealth belonging to the deceased appears after the division of the inheritance, it is included in the inheritance and distributed among all heirs; because custom is not considered if it contradicts Islamic law. If there was an injustice in the initial division and the inheritance still remains, then it is obligatory to re-divide it justly.
