Is it permissible for a man to lie to a woman in order to marry her, by claiming he has separated from his first wife, and is the first wife entitled to refuse intimacy with her husband because of his lie?

It is not permissible for a suitor to lie to the woman he proposes to, claiming he is not married, in order for her to accept him. Nor is it permissible for the woman, if she discovers he is married, to demand the divorce of his first wife. Assuming the husband lied, his disobedience does not justify the wife abandoning him in bed, for that is forbidden.
