Is riding a motorcycle as a primary means of transportation, knowing its danger, Islamically impermissible?

Motorcycles are permissible, like other means of transportation, unless there is a reason for prohibition associated with them, and their danger is relative. If someone who cannot handle it well drives it, or if it is used for dangerous stunts, then this is forbidden. However, if someone who can handle it well drives it, then its ruling is the same as that of other means of transportation.
