What logical and historical evidence, apart from the Qur'an and hadith, proves that the Qur'an did not change after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him?

The Holy Quran is preserved from any addition, deletion, or alteration because of its continuous transmission from generation to generation. They recite it in their prayers and teach it to their children. If any alteration were to occur, the young before the old would refute it, and this is an undeniable proof for any rational person. Another indication that the Quran is free from alteration is the established fact of its miraculous nature and Allah's challenge to produce anything like it. If it were to be added to or altered, the quality of its miraculousness would cease to exist, and this is proof of Allah's preservation of His Book.
