Is intense love for one's husband, reaching the degree of 'ishq (passionate adoration), forbidden? And how can this love be replaced with the love of Allah, especially if all supplications are for the husband? And how can one draw closer to Allah?

The existence of affection and harmony between spouses is a religious requirement and a cause for family stability. A wife's love for her husband is commendable, no matter how much it increases, provided it does not lead to something forbidden or prevent an obligation. Exaggeration in love and hatred is not praiseworthy; moderation and balance align with the Sharia and bring peace to the soul. For love to transform into love for Allah, one must strengthen faith by performing obligatory acts and supererogatory deeds, pondering Allah's blessings and attributes, and frequently engaging in remembrance (dhikr) and reciting the Quran with contemplation.
