The agent must adhere to what the donor specified regarding the disposal of the gift, because he is entrusted and does not have the right to dispose of it except with the client's permission. Therefore, the donor must be consulted to determine each partner's share of the gift, and it is forbidden to take all the money without the colleague. If this happens, the agent is liable for what he took.
