Is it incumbent upon one who adopted the easiest of opinions due to scrupulosity to revert to the rulings stipulated in his madhhab after his recovery?

One who suffers from obsessive doubts (al-waswas) is permitted to avail himself of the easier opinions of scholars, as his illness is considered a need that permits such facilitation. However, once he is cured of the obsessive doubts, he should not revert to acting upon the easier opinion he previously followed. His ruling in the future will be the same as that of others, where he should follow a scholar whom he trusts, without seeking out dispensations.
