What is the ruling on women's congregational remembrance (ta'qibat) in a loud voice after prayer, and is invoking blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) mentioned as part of it?

Raising one's voice with the prescribed remembrances (adhkar) after the obligatory prayers is permissible under two conditions: that it does not cause disturbance to others, and that it is not done collectively. Sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) is not among the prescribed remembrances after the obligatory prayers, and acts of worship are restrictive (tawqifiyyah). Although Imam Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned it as one of the instances for sending blessings upon him, rulings are not based on visions. Sending blessings upon the Prophet has great merit, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold," and "The miser is he in whose presence I am mentioned and he does not send blessings upon me." Therefore, one should generally increase in sending blessings upon him.
