What is to be taken from Surat Al-Anfal?

Surat Al-Anfal is a Medinan surah, revealed after the Great Battle of Badr. It focuses on legislation, especially concerning jihad in the way of Allah. It also includes wartime legislations and divine directives, and addresses rulings related to peace, war, prisoners, and spoils of war. Some Companions named it Surat Badr due to its detailed account of the battle's events. The surah reminded the believers that victory is achieved through faith, not by numbers. It concluded by clarifying the guardianship of believers over one another, regardless of their races, colors, or distant homelands, and that they are obligated to support whoever seeks their help in religious matters, while there is no guardianship between believers and disbelievers.
