Is drawing religious cartoon stories for children, to compensate them for Western culture, considered jihad in the way of Allah?

Media is considered one of the most dangerous gateways to intellectual invasion. Whoever fills this void with a beneficial Islamic alternative, compliant with Sharia regulations, will have performed a righteous deed that may reach the level of jihad in the cause of Allah, provided it is accompanied by a good intention.
