Is it permissible to benefit from an offer by an Islamic bank that allows purchasing a car via Murabaha without a guarantor for those who open an account and transfer their salary to it?

If the customer opens an account with the bank without a balance requirement, then there is no harm in him obtaining a loan double his salary, and if a balance is found later, it does not matter. However, if the bank stipulates the existence of a balance or the deposit of a salary, this falls under the category of "lend me, I lend you," which is prohibited according to the four madhhabs. The majority hold that the loan is valid, but the condition is void.

As for the second offer, if the bank stipulates a balance for murabaha purchase without a guarantor, it is similar to "lend me, I lend you." However, if no balance is stipulated, then it is permissible.
