Is it permissible not to pay the debts owed to credit card companies after returning from America and settling in another country?

This money must be returned to its rightful owners, because it is someone else's money and it is not permissible to take it without a legitimate right. The fact that the entity from which it was taken is non-Muslim does not make it permissible not to return it. A believer is commanded to fulfill covenants, and Allah praised those who fulfill covenants and commanded the fulfillment of contracts.
