How is the inheritance divided among five daughters, a wife, a full brother, a half-brother (from the father's side), a full sister, and five half-sisters (from the father's side), taking into account the deceased's will to distribute the inheritance such that "the wife gets one-eighth and the daughters get the remainder according to Sharia"?

If the heirs are limited to the wife, daughters, full brother, and full sister, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the wife receives one-eighth, the daughters two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the full brother and full sister by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The paternal brothers and sisters receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the full brother.

As for the deceased's will that the daughters take the remainder after the wife's one-eighth, this will is legally invalid because it contradicts Islamic law and involves disinheriting some heirs. It is a will made to an heir, unless the full brother and full sister agree to waive their share in favor of the daughters, provided that the one waiving is an adult, of sound judgment, and acts voluntarily.

The matter of inheritances should be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the inheritance.
