How does one nullify magic that is buried and engraved on a stone inside a graveyard?

The talismans written on the rock must be erased, and then the rock should be buried if it is suspected to be magic. This will nullify its effect. As Sheikh Ibn Baz and the Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas mentioned, anything indicating magic, such as knotted hair or threads, should be removed and destroyed by burning it or by any other method that nullifies the magic, following the example of what the Prophet (peace be upon him) did.
