A time for religious lessons should be allocated that does not conflict with regular studies. The teaching of these lessons should not be restricted to specific individuals; rather, anyone qualified is permitted, with preference given to the most knowledgeable and righteous. Those in charge of the institute must fear Allah and strive to combine benefits or achieve the highest of them, and ward off harms.
