A wife has the right to seek divorce if her husband refrains from financially supporting her. However, the first wife does not have the right to demand the divorce of the second wife. The husband must fear Allah, provide for his wife equitably, and be just between his wives. Otherwise, the wife should consult wise people to weigh the harm of divorce against staying, choose the lesser of the two harms, and seek Allah's help.
