What is the ruling on a man wearing women's gloves without the intention of imitating women?

It is impermissible for a man to wear what is specific to women, due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah, Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him: "The Messenger of Allah, Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him, cursed men who imitate women and women who imitate men." Therefore, a man intentionally wearing gloves specific to women is considered among the prohibited forms of imitation.
