Is it permissible to listen to verses related to the evil eye, envy, magic, and ruqyah for protection, even if the listener is not afflicted?

It is permissible to listen to the verses of Ruqyah for the sick and others, but Ruqyah requires more than that. Playing a recording device with recitations and supplications is not sufficient for Ruqyah, because it is an act that requires conviction and intention at the time of its performance, and direct blowing on the patient, which cannot be achieved by a device.
