Is the teacher sinful if she does not inform the delegated teacher about a student who has not been tested, and is it obligatory for her to inform?

The student who did not take the exam and did not attend class is considered absent. Her name must be recorded in the absence register or the teacher must be informed verbally or in writing. If failure to report leads to the student advancing to the next stage without examination, this is considered a dereliction of trust (amanah) and necessitates seeking forgiveness (istighfar), repentance (tawbah), and informing the teacher of what occurred.
