What is the ruling on a wife going out to visit her daughter—despite her husband's prohibition—if the husband is mistreating her and causing her boredom?

A husband must treat his wife with kindness, as Allah Almighty says: "And live with them in kindness." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified the rights of the wife concerning food, clothing, not striking the face, not demeaning her, and not forsaking her except within the home. As for insulting, cursing, and reviling a woman, this is impermissible; rather, Allah detests the obscene and foul-mouthed. Allah has ordained means for disciplining a defiant wife, which are: admonition, then abandonment (in bed), then a non-severe beating. The husband must fear Allah concerning his wife, whom he took by Allah's trust. Neither of them should meet a wrong with another wrong. It is not permissible for the wife to go out to visit anyone without her husband's permission. She must repent and feel remorse, endure her husband's harm patiently, advise her husband kindly, or send someone influential to advise him, and pray for his rectification.
