What is the ruling on remaining in a residence where فساد (moral corruption/iniquity) is practiced, while unable to leave due to a pre-paid rental contract?

The solution is to seek Allah's help, enjoin good and forbid evil, and endure harm with patience, while considering the ability to change [the situation] with one's hand, tongue, or heart. If they do not respond, do not remain with them while they are engaged in their wrongdoing, as Allah Almighty said: "And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversation." You must try to recover your money and search for another residence, and under no circumstances should you live with these people.
