Is a wife sinful for wearing a wedding dress that reveals her arms, part of her back, and her neck in front of women in an open hall, and for some men seeing her as a result, despite her attempts to be modest, and for her brother photographing her without her knowledge? And does keeping these photos contradict her regret?

It is obligatory to ensure the availability of means of covering and modesty in wedding halls before renting them. If any part of a woman's awrah becomes visible to those for whom it is unlawful to see it, due to her negligence, then she bears sin commensurate with her negligence. However, if she has taken the necessary precautions to prevent men's gazes from extending to her, then the sin falls upon whoever entered the hall without permission, or stole glances, or took pictures. If the khimar (head covering) is thin and reveals what is beneath it, then this is a deficiency in covering. Based on the ruling that wedding pictures are forbidden, then complete repentance requires disposing of them.
