Is it permissible for the father of a girl to falsify her disability papers to obtain financial aid designated for those with a disability in the right hand, when her disability is in the left hand, and is the money taken permissible or forbidden?

It is forbidden to forge or defraud the state to obtain assistance designated for the disabled in the right hand, due to Allah Almighty's saying: "And shun false statements" (Quran 22:30), and due to what is narrated in the prophetic hadiths considering it among the major sins. A Muslim must be keen to seek what is lawful and avoid doubtful matters.
