Is it permissible to despise a Muslim for the sake of Allah due to his arrogance, delaying prayers, and tyranny over people?

Love for the sake of Allah and hatred for the sake of Allah are signs of true faith and among the most beloved deeds to Allah. This means that you love a believer for their religion and worship, and you hate a disobedient person for their disobedience, and you hate disbelievers for their disbelief, not for worldly or personal reasons. If the reason for hatred is arrogance, delaying prayer, and bad manners, then this hatred is from the core of faith. A Muslim must love and hate, be pleased and be angry for the sake of Allah, and govern all their affairs by the Sharia (definition).
