What is the proof of the prophethood of your Messenger and that he is a Messenger from Allah?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

There are many proofs of Muhammad's prophethood, peace and blessings be upon him, including:

1. His informing of future unseen events: Such as his informing of the Byzantines' victory after their defeat. 2. The Mubahalah (mutual imprecation): Where he challenged the Christians of Najran to Mubahalah, but they refused out of fear of the consequences of their falsehood. 3. The Isra and Mi'raj (Night Journey and Ascension): His miraculous journey from Mecca to Jerusalem and then to the heavens, and his precise description of Jerusalem to those who had never seen it before. 4. The splitting of the moon: A great sign that occurred at the request of the disbelievers. 5. His mention and the glad tidings of his coming in the Torah and the Gospel. 6. The greatest proof is the Holy Quran: "Falsehood cannot approach it from before it or from behind it." It is the greatest sign and miracle given to any prophet. The author recommended reading "The Bible, The Qur'an and Science" by Maurice Bucaille, and "The Prophethood of Muhammad from Doubt to Certainty" by Dr. Fadel Al-Samarrai.
