Is it permissible to disburse money that was unlawfully acquired in monthly installments?

An agent for charity is not permitted to take anything from it unless he is among those eligible for it. If he takes from it while not being eligible, he must return what he took immediately, not in installments, even if he took it in parts, because it is usurped property, and usurped property must be returned immediately.
