What is the ruling on this relationship that brings a girl together with her female friend, consisting of love, embracing, kissing, and fantasies? Does it fall within the scope of sexual perversion, and what is the solution?

Love should be for the sake of Allah, not for personal gratification. One must observe the limits set by Allah and beware of following the footsteps of Satan. Avoid embracing and kissing, especially on the mouth, or if there is a fear of fitna (temptation/strife) from them, based on the hadith: "A woman should not lie with another woman under one cover." Mere self-talk is not punishable, but given the closeness of the friend and the mention of sleeping and kissing, there is a fear that this could lead to something forbidden. Therefore, one must be cautious against indulging in such fantasies and block Satan's path by rising above these thoughts. Indulging in them is a gateway to fitna and corruption. The root of corruption often stems from neglecting thoughts and indulging in them. Moderation and balance in love and all matters are in accordance with Islamic law. One should be wary of excessive attachment to a friend. Let friendship be a cooperation in obedience to Allah and righteousness, while avoiding idleness and occupying time with what benefits one in this world and the hereafter.
