Is it permissible for a woman to leave her family's home without her husband's permission after agreeing to a divorce and the cessation of maintenance payments?

Marital problems are natural and are dealt with through deliberation and wisdom. Divorce is easy to occur but difficult in its consequences, and the general rule is prohibition unless there is a need. A mere agreement to divorce does not effect it unless the husband carries it out. The wife remains obliged to stay in her husband's house unless there is a need or a lack of financial support. Her maintenance remains obligatory upon the husband, even during the revocable waiting period ('iddah), unless she is a disobedient (nashiz) wife who is not pregnant.
