What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a young man marrying a woman whose proposal his father rejects for racial reasons, knowing that the family insists on the presence of the suitor's father?

The guardians of the betrothed woman must marry her to someone whose religiosity and character they approve of, based on the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying: "If there comes to you one whose religiosity and character you approve of, then marry [your daughter] to him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and great corruption." The father's refusal to attend or directly oversee the engagement due to racial reasons is a superficial matter and out of place, for people are equal, and the most honorable among them in the sight of Allah are the most righteous.
