The answer

It is not permissible to send the brother back to his country if it is highly probable that he will not find the necessary care and treatment there. It is advisable to approach charitable organizations and benefactors for assistance. Relatives or the Imam of the mosque can also be consulted. Contact with charitable bodies is available via the internet, phone, or mail. Allah Almighty says: "And whoever saves a life - it is as though he had saved all mankind" (Al-Ma'idah: 32).
