Is it permissible to return a patient to Iraq, given the inability of Iraqi hospitals to treat his condition, after his treatment funds in Jordan have been exhausted, especially since he is conscious and responsive, but does not speak or breathe naturally?

It is advisable to approach charitable organizations and benefactors for assistance. Relatives or the Imam of the mosque can also be consulted.
