It is forbidden to draw animate beings, whether on clothes or otherwise. It is disliked to pray in clothes that have images on them. As for the shadow of a human or animal, it is not included in the prohibition as long as the features of the image are blurred. It is permissible to draw anything that does not have a soul. Indeed, it is permissible to draw human and animal body parts if they are in a form that would not sustain life, such as drawing them without a head.
