Is it permissible to recite the evening adhkar immediately after the Dhuhr and Asr prayers when they are combined as jam’ taqdim during travel?

It is permissible to recite the evening remembrances (adhkar al-masa') after Dhuhr prayer, because "evening" (masa') extends from after Dhuhr until Maghrib prayer, and some say until midnight.
